Bouncing

So I started my job as a bouncer last weekend. The Fifth Quarter is an interesting place. Most of the guys are pretty cool, I haven't had trouble with any of them. I had to reprimand some underage drinkers on Friday, and some guy kept calling me "muthafucka" (in a non threatening tone, if you can imagine) on Saturday. Overall it's fine, but I work twice a week, bye bye weekends.

I've also gotten hooked on The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. SICK RPG! I recommend it to EVERYONE. Better than WoW, hands down.

I'm planning on being there from July 14th to August 14th. I'll try to remember to take lots of pictures in between all the hedonism and debauchery.

Welcome to Dynamic Summer

'Dynamic' implies movement and change, relationships and evolution. Those words will explain this summer. We're all expanding into the world, where we'll be moving around, meeting new people, and changing into completely new people ourselves. Some of us are going to different cities or states or countries - some of us are just starting new jobs or taking new classes. Everybody's going to be experiencing some interesting dynamics; I mean, that's life, isn't it? And summer is always interesting.

This web log is for us to record our new experiences and our changing thoughts on the world and thus, share them with each other. There are a number of contributors. If everyone posts at least 2-4 times a month, we should all be kept pleasantly supplied with reading material, even if posts are short.
